DESCRIPTION 

This exercise uses Anemone and the record button to visualise the water flow direction and speed on a generic surface. Note that the cross product of two vectors gives a vector perpendicular to both. By taking the cross product of the Normal vector and the Z-vector we get a horizontal vector. By then taking the cross product of the normal vector and this horizontal vector we get the one that points downwards
