Description
The script builds up on the previous ones related to singularities and uses an example of a structure with a hexagonal singularity at the top and prepares the geometry for linking to the parametric structural engineering tool Karamba3D.
PROCEDURE
To allow for the calculation of the structure as made up of continuous, bent members, the script offsets one of the member directions according to the average presumed thickness of the bamboo culms. Short connections are created between the two directions at the original intersection points for further handling in Karamba3D
